Born and raised in Delaware County, Rachel Milano-Davis completed her undergraduate education at West Chester University and graduate studies at Temple University. Rachel has committed her career to the non-profit sector; presently employed as the Director of Culture & Talent, and responsible for strategic direction over all human resource activities for innovative disability service providers, Values Into Action PA & NJ.
Megan Coveleski works as an HR department of one for multiple concepts within ML Food Group, including The Simple Greek, which was featured on CNBC’s, The Profit. Megan is a strategic partner focusing on all human resources functions throughout the organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Temple University and a professional certification in aPHR. Megan is currently pursuing her Master’s in Human Resource Development at Villanova University.
Lisa joined Monarch Staffing in 2008 in Delaware County, and currently holds the title of Account Executive. Her pleasant demeanor, ability to adapt to changing environments and sincere interest in people and their needs, help to make Lisa a very approachable and effective leader. Lisa sits on the board of Joseph’s People of Central Delaware County, which aids in community outreach, and helping people with their job search. Lisa is also an Ambassador with the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. Lisa has a great love of music, yoga, and time with friends and family. “Music is my salvation” says Lisa and she hopes to see everyone at a concert at some time, some where! Rock on!
Gigi has always been passionate about HR. She joined the Delco SHRM Board in 2015 as VP of Membership and currently serves on the Board as Treasurer. Gigi is the HR and Finance Manager for several TPR Group businesses in PA and MD. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, an Associate’s certification in Project Management, and recently attended Villanova University for her SHRM-CP certification. When she isn’t hard at work, she surrounds herself with her grandchildren.
Sherri graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 1990 with a B.S. in Psychology. She graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 1993 with a J.D. She has been practicing workers' compensation defense for the past 22 years, representing various self-insured employers, insurance carriers, third party administrators, and government agencies. She is currently a Partner with the Center City firm Weber Gallagher Simplson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP.
Anne has 20 years of Human Resources experience.She holds the professional certifications of SPHR (2011) and SHRM-SCP (2015). She is currently employed as the Director of Human Resources for the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas, Mid-Atlantic Community, where she is responsible for the HR function of the Mid-Atlantic Region. Previously, she was the Director of Human Resources for Asendia USA.
Linda O’Hara works as a Human Resources Specialist with experience processing payroll, managing employee benefits and ensuring compliance with local, State and Federal regulations. She develops, updates, implements and enforces company’s HR policies and procedures.
Long currently serves as Director of Career Services at Widener
University, where she is also pursuing her doctorate in Higher Education
Administration. As a onetime English major, she is an advocate for both
student attainment of career-readiness competencies and a liberal arts
foundation. Janet brings more than 20 years in executive recruitment to
her work with students, including founding her own Philadelphia
Business Journal-ranked retained search firm. Janet is a LEADERSHIP
Philadelphia fellow and a certified Myers-Briggs practitioner. In her
personal life she is a proud Mom of a rising college freshman and cadet
and a beloved Australian Shepherd.
Janelle Kilson is a diversely experienced professional with vast career planning, student services, and recruitment experiences spanning close to 20 years. Her broad career counseling, staffing, and enrollment management background includes successful efforts in employer relations, workshop/classroom instruction, résumé writing, professional development training, and job placement assistance across the country. She currently serves as the Internship Services Specialist for Year Up Wilmington, where she supports young adults through the second half of Year Up's workforce development program. She is a Delco native and grew up in Media, PA!

Currently a Ph.D. candidate in organizational development at Cabrini University, Toni sought each of her degrees while working full-time. Zenobia Hargust is an experienced, senior human resources professional, currently serving as Director, Equal Opportunity & Engagement and Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Swarthmore College.
